Background History

Born and educated in The United Kingdom Marion comes to Eola Park with a wealth of Sales and business experience spanning 18 years. Owning her own businesses for several years in London and Essex she moved to Orlando in 1987wanting to pursue a new life and new adventure. She opened another business here in Orlando which she ran over the next few years. During this time we met and were married.

Marion began pursuing her passion for sales and meeting people leading to her employment with Builders/Developers. She was On Site Sales Manager at “Egret’s Landing” in Lake Mary becoming the company’s top producer in April of 2000. By May of the following year she was appointed Director of On Site Sales at “The Sanctuary” a seven hundred acre new home development in Oviedo.

Being well respected within the Real Estate industry, her accomplishments with Developers led to numerous awards and recognition in several newspaper articles including, Orlando Sentinel, Orlando Business Journal, CVB, Business Digest, Winter Park - Maitland Observer, & Seminole Herald.

By 2004 Marion had moved into the Downtown Condominium Sales Market, selling “The Wellesley “ at College Park She became “Coldwell Banker - The Condo Stores, salesperson of the year in 2006 earning “The President Elite Award” During the first quarter of that year she was honored for her placement in the top 1,000 NRT associates out of 64,000 It was recognized that she had earned this designation in one of the most challenging periods in our industry’s recent history. Living, working and playing in Downtown Orlando has made for a wonderful lifestyle with awesome city and lake views. This is, for us, the perfect environment enabling us to meet people conversing and discussing current topics involved in the social and real estate market while enjoying the company of friends and neighbors at one of the many downtown venues or just out for that evening stroll around the lake.
